* Rates are subject to 5.5% state sales tax and 5% local room tax. These rates do not include bedding. There is an additional charge of $25 +tax for the Shadyside, $35 +tax for the Deerwester, $45 +tax for the Miller and Willow Lodge South and $55 +tax for the Willow Lodge North if guests would like to use our sheets, blankets, quilts, etc. (price can be adjusted if not all the beds will be needed). All prices are subject to change without notice. Minimum stay requirements vary throughout the season-- please inquire. Rates are based on four people for the Willow Lodge North (6 person max capacity), four people for the Willow Lodge South (6 total/5 adult max capacity), four people for the Miller (6 total/4 adult max capacity), two people for the Deerwester (4 total/3 adults max capacity) and two people for the Shadyside (2 person max capacity). There is an additional charge of $15/night or $60/week +tax per person beyond the base rate number and up to the maximum capacity for each cottage. Ages 13-17 are considered 'adults' in regards to the rental price. There is no additional charge for children 12 and under, though they do count towards the maximum capacity. Payments are to be made with cash or check. One half of the rental price is required within one week to secure the reservation. Final payment is due upon arrival. Reservation deposits will be refunded in full for cancellations made 21 days prior to the reservation date for off-season reservations and 60 days prior for peak-season reservations. Cancellations made 20 days or less prior to the reservation date for off-season reservations and 59 days or less for peak-season reservations  are nonrefundable. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 10 am  Please note... we do not allow pets. Thank you for understanding.
